Terms of Purchase
1. General Terms
These terms define the procedure for purchasing products and event tickets from the online store iluzionistsedzus.lv.
By placing an order in the online store, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
The online store offers:
- magic tricks, illusion props, and other physical products;
- tickets to events, performances, workshops, and other activities.
2. Placing an Order
The buyer selects products or tickets and completes the order process.
The order is considered confirmed after successful payment. The buyer receives a confirmation email.
3. Payment Methods
Products and tickets can be paid for using a bank card or other available payment methods.
Online payments are processed through the Paysera payment system.
4. Delivery
Physical products are delivered via parcel locker or courier service.
Delivery costs are displayed during checkout. Delivery within Latvia usually takes 1–5 business days.
5. Event Tickets | Ticket Returns
Tickets are delivered electronically to the buyer’s email address after payment is completed.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate information.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to event tickets.
Refunds are only possible if the event is canceled or rescheduled and the organizer provides such an option.
7. Product Returns
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of a physical product within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must contact the store using the contact information provided on the website.
Returned products must be:
- unused;
- in the same condition as received;
- in the original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for safely returning the product. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless the product is damaged or sent incorrectly.
8. Refunds
After receiving the returned product and inspecting its condition, the buyer will be informed whether the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund processing may be delayed due to bank or payment processing times. If the buyer has not received the refund, they are advised to first contact their bank.
